What Owen is for
Built for real-world outreach, not generic robocalling.
The product is designed for practical phone-first tasks where a human would normally have to call: checking insurance acceptance, confirming volunteer availability, following up after a form submission, or asking straightforward operational questions.
Current state
Currently being developed as a CLI-first product.
The current version powers outbound calling through Vapi and Twilio, captures transcripts, and is being refined for deliverability, assistant quality, and production use.
