Use of the service
Hey Owen is an AI calling assistant in development. It helps users prepare and place outbound calls and review the resulting call outcome and transcript. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Accounts and access
You must use a verified Google account and provide accurate account information. New accounts may create previews but cannot place calls until calling access is separately approved. Calling access, limits, destinations, and availability may vary by account and may be changed, suspended, or removed to protect users, recipients, the service, or telephone-network reputation.
User responsibility
By using the service, users are responsible for:
- providing accurate call instructions
- having the authority to provide the phone numbers and information used
- using the service lawfully and in good faith
- complying with applicable consent, recording, and telephony laws
- reviewing Owen’s proposed approach and correcting it when needed
- following the Acceptable Use Policy
Call results and transcripts
AI-generated speech, previews, classifications, and transcripts can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing important information and should not rely on Owen for emergencies or as a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial judgment.
Availability and limits
Calls depend on third-party telephone networks, AI systems, service providers, destination availability, and account limits. Hey Owen does not guarantee call completion, deliverability, accuracy, or uninterrupted service. We may enforce limits, decline a call, disable calling, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, cost control, abuse prevention, or service reliability.
Account deletion
You may delete eligible call records and may delete your account through the app. Deletion is intended to be permanent within the application, subject to the limited audit and database-recovery handling described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
The service and these Terms may change as the product develops. Material changes may require you to review and accept a new version before continuing to use the app.
