Safety decisions
Hey Owen may recommend a personal call, narrow a request to a routine status check, require additional review, refuse a request, limit account capabilities, or disable calling when a request presents safety, privacy, legal, abuse, or reliability concerns.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and limit, suspend, or delete an account when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy or protect users, recipients, providers, or the service. Calling access may be removed independently of account access.
